Bookings And Confirmations

International clients

The travel agent or client can book using these various methods.
Phone / Fax / E-mail / Internet / SMS
We would confirm the booking via
Fax / E-mail / SMS

We prefer that bookings be made at least 24 hours prior to the actual transfer / pick up time, in order to guarantee the transfer. Otherwise certain terms and conditions apply.

Local clients

A phone call or SMS is made the day before, to confirm the pick up time/s and place/s, if the pick up is from the client's home or office, otherwise the client will receive a sms which would have the return pick up details to confirm when the client is returning to South Africa or when they return to the airport from their hotel. We prefer to have the client's full details including cell numbers.

Meet & Greet / Signboards

The client is met with a signboard with his or her name on it at the airport. This service extends to assisting the client around the airport, foreign exchange, luggage storage and checking onto flights.

Conference Shuttle / Transfers

One to seven passengers per vehicle can be shuttled back and forth between various hotels and venues. Charters can be arranged for delegates, if clients want to go touring around Gauteng, or perhaps do a bit of shopping
